The purpose of this document is to set out the terms and conditions regarding acceptable and unacceptable conduct for our Services.
Any type of violation of the policy may lead to termination of access to our platform. By signing up and using the Klearing platform you are legally bound to follow what is stated in our Acceptable Use Policy. As Klearing grows the policy might be updated and therefore we recommend our users to regularly check the Acceptable Use Policy for any changes.
Restricted Activities
Our platform can only be used for lawful purposes.
in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or causes Klearing to breach any applicable law or regulation;
in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
for any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, or any other form of spam;
to deal in harmful programs such as viruses, spyware, or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
in any way that would locally or internationally evade any applicable taxes or facilitate tax evasion.
use the Services to store or transmit any Customer Data that may infringe upon or misappropriate someone else’s trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property, or that may be tortious or unlawful;
attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, modify, copy, translate, or disrupt the features, functionality, integrity, or performance of the Services (including any mechanism used to restrict or control the functionality of the Services), any third party use of the Services, or any third party data contained therein (except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law);
access the Services in order to build a similar or competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Services;
impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an employee of ours, an “Administrator”, an “Owner”, or any other Authorised User, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person, organization or entity;
send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam.
